Abstract

In Mexico we live with high rates of crime, social exclusion, poverty, fiscal policies that degrade the income of a large part of the population, impunity, marginalization, social insecurity, low levels of citizen participation and the list goes on. One of the problems that, according to the polls, most disturbs the citizens of our countries is public insecurity; it overflows in a way that transforms the most basic right of all: the right to life.
