Abstract

Mayan justice represents a way to understand the manner to provide for a solution to the conflicts inside the community, such has existed through history, never the less, like any other social institution, it has been transforming it self through the pass of time. For Yucatan’s case, the Mayan justice law was created in 2014, which some how vindicates the Mayan population from the state, on the way to provide solutions to its judicial conflicts, the problem can be seen when it’s identified as an injustice that comes from the highest government places and doesn’t answer to the needs of the main communities.
