Abstract

The present work seeks to develop a theoretical-conceptual framework that shows the impacts on labor relations that has had in Mexico the new capital reproduction pattern of the late twentieth century. In order to make this economic dynamic effective, new bases in the command/obedience relationship in the state community where needed, over which political power would allow dominant sectors to progress in their projects. This, sooner rather than later, was expressed in changes of forces within the states, who to face the exacerbation of social conflicts and to establish a social order claimed to elevate the despotic command over the salaried population through strong signs of violence.
