Abstract

This review aims to highlight the interesting work of Dr. Escalante Gonzalbo, who, in view of the urgent need to glimpse historically and concisely, the origin of the neoliberal theoretical and ideological current, was given to the arduous task of translating the minutes of the Lippmann Colloquium into the Spanish lenguaje. This renews the relevance of studies on the history of economic thought.  So this writing points out some of the topics covered and discussions that managed to transform into the current economic model, characteristic in much of the world.
