Dossier: instrument for the diffusion of science

Abstract

On this eighth issue of our journal,  we publish our first dossier. This new section raised as a petition from colleagues from the Disasters Associated to Hydrometeorological and Climate Phenomenons Network [Red de Desastres Asociados a Fenómenos Hidrometeorológicos y Climáticos] (REDESCLIM), a CONACYT thematic network, who, in anticipation of the Congress celebrated in Querétaro in September of 2018, requested the publication of some of the papers there presented, in a Dossier. Our response was positive, and from then on, we started the design of this section.
